  • We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping on all orders over $75 to all states in the continental U.S
  • This offer does not include states or US territories/military bases outside the continental USA.


  • For USA Domestic orders, we use USPS First Class with tracking.
  • For International orders, we use UPS or USPS, both use the equivalent First Class International service. Once the package has landed in the destination country, it is delivered by the domestic mail carrier in that country.

  • After your order is placed, it will take our manufacturing team to craft your jewelry piece(s). Here at Craftmerci, we maintain the highest standards of quality and therefore each item undergoes rigorous quality inspections prior to being packed and shipped out to ensure they meet your expectations.

Where We Ship From

  •   All orders are expertly packaged, prepared, and shipped from our   American fulfillment warehouses located in Florida and New Jersey.

Tracking Information

  • All of our packages are sent with tracking to ensure that your item(s) make their way to their destinations safely and securely! Your tracking number(s) will be sent to you via email as soon as your order has been dispatched. Since our jewelry is produced on a made to order basis, we ship each piece out as soon as it is completed to ensure you receive your purchases as quickly as possible. Therefore, if you ordered more than one item, there is a possibility that each item may be shipped in separate packages and at different times. In this case, you will receive individual tracking numbers to track each shipment.

Order Status

  • After your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) and order information. You can then monitor the status of your shipment by visiting our

Custom & Duties

  • All orders shipped outside of the USA are subject to customs and/or duties charges, depending on the country you are shipping the item to. We highly recommend that you check your country’s policies on customs, duties and taxes prior to ordering.
  • If there are customs or duty fees applied, you will be advised of these charges upon delivery and your item will be available for collection after the charges have been paid.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to refund any customs or duties fees.
